We are seeking a skilled Advanced Nursing Care Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in our Brantford facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional nursing services to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will possess a valid LPN license in Canada and have completed an accredited Practical Nursing program. Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is highly valued, as is strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues. A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care is essential for this role.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough nursing assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, administering medications and monitoring responses while maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Educate patients and families about health management, promoting self-care and independence
Requirements:
  • Valid LPN license in Canada
  • Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an asset
