About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service
  • Food and Beverage Operations
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or hospitality role
  • Work Setting
    • Hotel, motel, or resort environment
