Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that team members are meeting expectations.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are ordered and received in a timely manner.
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports as required, including sales reports, inventory reports, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or supervisory role.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
    • Standing for extended periods.
