Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our kitchen and front-of-house areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of staff who prepare and portion food
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Operations Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Customer Service
    • Address customers' complaints or concerns
    • Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
