Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Denny's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You will be required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
