About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pool Operations Manager to join our team at Atlantis Programs Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service and pool operations
  • Manage events and activities at the swimming pool/centre, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all
  • Develop and implement policies to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and staff engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and organize registration activities, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
  • Conduct criminal record checks and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
  • Lead by example, demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, and a strong focus on client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
