Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Fluidra North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share in the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national accounts, pool builders, and retail accounts.
  • Attend trade shows and table tops to promote Fluidra products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product demonstrations.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the pool industry.
  • Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
