About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key customers in the pool industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including pool builders, retailers, and OEMs
  • Present sales presentations and product demonstrations to targeted accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product delivery
Requirements
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience in the pool industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
