Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Zodiac Pool Systems, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers in the pool industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including national accounts, pool builders, and retail accounts
- Attend trade shows and table tops to promote Zodiac products and services
- Manage the Salesforce database of Fluidra customers and compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or discuss sales opportunities
- Quote prices and credit terms and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained from distribution and national accounts
- 3+ years of outside sales experience and/or training
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while balancing customer needs with Zodiac corporate goals of revenue and profitability
- Ability to operate basic Microsoft office software, Google email and scheduling, and CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
- S. in a technical field or equivalent technical product experience is preferred
