Job Summary:

The In-Room Dining Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of both In-Room Dining services and the Pool Cabana areas, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and coordinate with other hotel departments to maintain high standards of service and safety.
  • Ensure all operations are in accordance with hotel policies and Forbes 5 Star Standards.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance both the In-Room Dining and Pool/Cabana experiences.
  • Balance operational, administrative, and Colleague needs while maintaining floor presence.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management and/or pool or recreation management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Problem solving & decision making skills; analytical and highly detail oriented.
  • Product knowledge, including a thorough working knowledge of wines, liqueurs, and other beverages.
  • Proven successful financial performance of restaurant under their operation.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills; service oriented and a team player.
