Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Nav Transport Inc.
The estimated salary for this role is between $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week.
- About You:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
- Have proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and electronic scheduler software
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegating tasks to office support staff and establishing priorities to meet deadlines
- Coordinating and planning office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
- Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
- Assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversight and coordination of office administrative procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
