About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Project Manager to join our team at FNX-INNOV. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading environmental projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of environmental projects, including site characterization, rehabilitation, and environmental assessment.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of technical staff to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to their environmental challenges.
  • Reporting and Communication: Compile and analyze data, and prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all projects are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental project management, with a strong background in site characterization, rehabilitation, and environmental assessment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in French and English, with a strong understanding of environmental regulations and industry standards.
