Environmental Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Project Manager to join our team at FNX-INNOV. As an Environmental Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading environmental projects from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage environmental projects, including planning, coordination, and execution;
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success;
- Conduct environmental assessments, evaluations, and studies to identify project risks and opportunities;
- Develop and implement mitigation and remediation strategies to minimize environmental impacts;
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies;
- Manage and coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and vendors;
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners;
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams;
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues;
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field;
- Master's degree in Environmental Science or a related field (an asset);
- Professional certification in environmental management or a related field (an asset);
- Minimum 2 years of experience in environmental project management or a related field;
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, policies, and industry standards;
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software;
- Ability to travel to project sites and work in a variety of environments;
- Fluency in English and French (bilingualism is an asset).
