RJS Building Maintenance Ltd./ RJS Carpet Cleaning is seeking a skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleaning operations of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising and coordinating the activities of cleaning staff, as well as ensuring the safety and cleanliness standards of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules
  • Maintain inventory of supplies

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Basic security clearance
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
