About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Retail Banking Sales and Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and service excellence, building strong relationships with customers, and fostering a culture of innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, setting the tone for a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive Sales and Service Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to help team members achieve their full potential.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to ensure our team remains competitive and innovative.
  • Manage Performance: Monitor and manage team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address gaps.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all team members understand and adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail banking or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and business partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services, as well as applicable regulations, audit standards, and related policies and procedures.
