About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Branch Manager to lead our Cambridge Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring seamless customer interactions and efficient sales processes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and employee engagement to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in Canada.
