Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging customers in person, via phone, and through email
  • Exhibiting compassion and understanding for our customers by assessing their needs and aligning them with appropriate financial solutions
  • Empowering customers to achieve their financial objectives by assisting them in building their credit
  • Leveraging financial cross-sales and additional product offerings
  • Clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our financial products
  • Assessing potential loans through financial evaluations and risk assessments
  • Overseeing collections activities for overdue financial accounts
  • Gathering all necessary information to process customer applications for products and services with meticulous attention to detail

  • Some experience in a leadership role, ideally in a sales-driven environment
