Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging customers in person, via phone, and through email
- Exhibiting compassion and understanding for our customers by assessing their needs and aligning them with appropriate financial solutions
- Empowering customers to achieve their financial objectives by assisting them in building their credit
- Leveraging financial cross-sales and additional product offerings
- Clearly communicating the terms and conditions of our financial products
- Assessing potential loans through financial evaluations and risk assessments
- Overseeing collections activities for overdue financial accounts
- Gathering all necessary information to process customer applications for products and services with meticulous attention to detail
