Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading the sales team, as well as working cross-functionally with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Profit Center Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, and work cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities.
  • Vendor Relationships: Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services.
  • Safety Culture: Champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring that all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocol and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.); or one to two years' related experience and/or training.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior leadership in industry.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Leadership Skills: Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
