Job Title: Business Operations CoordinatorSalary:

$50,000 - $60,000 per year

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by coordinating administrative activities, managing budgets, and implementing efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
    • Perform data entry
  • Budget Management
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
    • Monitor and evaluate
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skill Set
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and under pressure
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and database software
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. A strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills are essential for this role.

Language Requirements
