As an Operations and Member Support Coordinator, you'll help keep our call centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative duties and supporting Evo members via phone and live chat. You'll act as an Evo ambassador and showcase your commitment to supporting BC's most valued car sharing service. This is a hybrid, shift-work role that supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to Evo members through various platforms.
  • Coordinate various administrative tasks based on the department's evolving business needs.
