As an Operations and Member Support Coordinator, you'll help keep our call centre running smoothly by performing essential administrative duties and supporting Evo members via phone and live chat. You'll act as an Evo ambassador and showcase your commitment to supporting BC's most valued car sharing service. This is a hybrid, shift-work role that supports work-life balance.

What you bring
- You have a one-year post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field, such as business administration, and/or one year of experience in a related industry or at least two years of related experience in operations.
- You have at least two years of experience with administrative or reception and/or customer service or call centre, or a combination of education and experience.
- You have a solid working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and are willing to learn new platforms, such as Amazon Workspace and Evo Car Sharing Software.
Bonus skills
- You have one year of experience as a Member Service Agent or similar position.
- You have basic knowledge of PowerBI, Verint, Service Now, Amazon Connect & Workplace, Google Maps, and Evo Car Sharing Software.
- You have rapid-fire typing skills (40 wpm).
Once here, you will:
- Create an engaging and positive team environment.
- Coordinate various administrative tasks based on the department's evolving business needs, including pre-authorizing charges, supporting members and vendors, preparing reports, and investigating parking tickets, tows, tolls, and mileage overages.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Evo members through various platforms (live chat, phone, and/or email).
- Provide administrative support to procure capital items.
- Actively participate in job-specific training to reach your full potential.

The salary range for this position is $43,870.80 ($24.10/hr) to $54,838.44 ($30.13/hr), plus a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.
