Job Description

As a Financial Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and submitting reports to management and stakeholders
  • Resolving work-related problems and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensuring the accuracy of financial data and transactions
  • Coordinating and assigning tasks to team members
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives

You will work closely with our finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and make strategic recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in financial operations or accounting.
