Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at TOOTH CORNER DENTAL OFFICE. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Problem-Solving: Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software effectively.
  • Log Maintenance: Maintain a problems and solutions log to track and document technical issues and resolutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to users, ensuring their technical issues are resolved promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.

Work Environment:

  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
