Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement education policies and programs that promote academic excellence and student success
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver education services that meet the needs of our students
* Provide leadership and guidance to education staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality education services
* Analyze data and metrics to inform education program development and improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience
* 3-5 years of experience in education leadership or a related field
* Strong knowledge of education policies and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
