Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at DQ Grill & Chill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef.
  • Establish work schedules.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Client focus.
  • Team player.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
