Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. as a key member of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare food order summaries for the chef, establish work schedules, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, team player, and strong communication skills.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 hours per week
