Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our food service operations are aligned with our overall business goals.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to train and develop staff.
Our food service team works in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a restaurant or café setting and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
