Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and portfolios, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, digital innovation, and technology delivery, to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to project sponsors, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, project sponsors, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in project management, portfolio management, or a related field.
  • Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI) is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex projects and portfolios, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
