Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Technology Portfolio Manager to join our Ipsos Global Technology division. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistency, compliance, and alignment between technology investments and company strategy, business objectives, and technical roadmap.

This is a highly collaborative and technical role that requires a unique blend of portfolio management, governance, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the overall technology portfolio budget, ensuring alignment with company strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Establish and enforce portfolio governance processes, policies, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across all technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder management.
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting on portfolio performance against KPIs, expected benefits, and other defined metrics.
  • Identify and mitigate portfolio risks through risk management strategies and contingency plans.
  • Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures, monitoring and analyzing risk and compliance.
