Job Description

Foilocn is seeking a highly skilled Senior Portfolio Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Provide project leadership and expertise to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects.
  • Develop and implement effective portfolio management strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure continuity and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in project management, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare system and digital health systems.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading program or organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong ability to clearly communicate activities and expectations.
  • Ability to define objectives, develop strategic options analysis, and create action plans.
