About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Inpatient team at Kelowna General Hospital. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to cardiac patients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to cardiac patients, working independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Enhance patient and family well-being through evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement.
  • Maintain and advance your clinical competence through ongoing education and professional development.
  • Participate in designated hospital committees and research projects as assigned.

What We Offer:

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
  • Successful completion of a recognized Basic Cardiac Course (which includes telemetry) within the last six months or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
