About the Job:

The Nurse Care Specialist provides high-quality patient care by working independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering nursing care to patients with compassion and expertise
Enhancing the quality of life for patients and their families by collaborating with other healthcare providers
Staying up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices in nursing care
Participating in hospital committees and research projects as assigned

This is a casual opportunity, which means hours are not guaranteed and may vary. Casual employees are eligible to apply for internal postings, including permanent and temporary positions. Interior Health offers many opportunities for growth and development.

Shifts of work will be scheduled days and nights, rotating from 08:00 to 20:00 hours.
