About the Role

Interior Health is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing nursing practice, improving client outcomes, and leading quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines and standards of care
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes and advance nursing practice
  • Provide expert clinical consultation and education to nursing staff
  • Conduct research and evaluate its impact on nursing practice and client outcomes
