Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Programs to join our team at Cencora. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our programs and operations, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage programs and operations, including strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, including process optimization and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor budgets, including profit and loss responsibility, and ensure that financial targets are met.
  • Prepare and submit monthly billing reports for client invoicing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to managers and team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality services.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business strategies, including growth and expansion initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services and operations.

Requirements

  • University science/healthcare degree, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years client management experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in the development and implementation of post-marketing studies, Health Canada and/or risk management programs.
  • General knowledge of reimbursement and patient assistance programs, operational policies and processes, and clinical research.
