Job Title: Program Manager – Senior

Job Summary:
Global Pharma Tek is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager – Senior to lead our program management initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement program management strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver program objectives.
  • Manage program budgets and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry.
