Job Title: Program Manager Senior

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager Senior to join our team at Global Pharma Tek. As a Program Manager Senior, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex programs and projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
  • Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices to ensure program success.
  • Lead and manage program teams to deliver high-quality results and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and manage program budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure program alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the public sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct program teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions to achieve program objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience working with Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards.
