About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at 1000028397 ONTARIO INC. as a permanent full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Operations: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, supervising 1 to 2 people.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with public transportation available.
