Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Enrollment Growth Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract and enroll international students. They will work closely with the admissions team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to drive enrollment growth.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth student onboarding and support.
  • Work closely with the marketing department to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with existing recruitment agencies and build new partnerships to increase agent productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment and enrollment.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in education recruitment or a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented, with ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • High level of autonomy and self-motivation, with ability to work independently.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $69,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will also have access to comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Location

This role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, with frequent travel required to attend recruitment events and meetings with agents and partners.
