Job Description:

The Transformation Leader - Agile Coach plays a pivotal role in driving organizational agility and operational excellence. This charismatic leader will collaborate with D2L teams to adopt Agile practices, leveraging the company's Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and focusing on Scrum and Kanban methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to Agile programs and Scrum teams
  • Implement and improve Agile processes across D2L, fostering collaboration and performance-driven environments
  • Guide and coach Scrum Teams and organizations on scaling Agile/Scrum practices and values while meeting delivery commitments

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in fast-paced global SaaS technology markets, with education technology experience an asset
  • Successful track record of leading Agile transformations, working with cross-functional teams to deliver complex corporate-wide programs and projects on-time and aligned business outcomes
  • Proven experience defining, implementing, and iterating portfolio, program, and project management practices and processes within a fast-growing technology company
  • Agile, Project Management, and/or Change Management certification(s) a strong plus

Salary Range:

$118,000—$157,000 CAD per year
