We're currently seeking a full-time permanent ERP Business Central Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong application expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring successful client implementations and ROI streamlining.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to external customers and BDO project teams, applying Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step Methodology to deliver solutions on time and effectively
  • Leveraging your experience to analyze customer business needs, objectives, and providing in-depth application expertise in targeted areas
  • Providing training to client staff to support day-to-day activities during ERP implementations
  • Mentoring colleagues and offering guidance

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting, including full-cycle implementation experience
  • A comprehensive understanding of ERP applications and post-secondary education in a relevant business discipline (B.Comm., CPA, APICS, PMP, etc.)
  • Dynamics 365 Business Central certifications will be considered in our selection process
  • Self-motivation, ability to work independently and in teams, articulation, and the confidence to inspire audiences

This role requires strong knowledge of two or more functional areas of Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV, such as Finance, Manufacturing, Project Management & Accounting, Job Costing, Sales, and Procurement. Process analysis, redesign, and documentation experience are also essential.

Our estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 annually, based on factors like location, experience, and industry standards.
