Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Go2STAFFING. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Management: Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Mail and Package Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: College diploma or higher educational qualification is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
