Office Coordinator

At DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and scheduling and confirming appointments.
Additional responsibilities include answering telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answering electronic enquiries, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and providing customer service.
As an Administrative Assistant with DIWAN A DAWETT RESTAURANT LTD O/A DAWETT RESTAURANT, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a real impact on our team's success.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Permanent work term
- 30 to 40 hours per week
