Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Canada Ltd. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
