Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Our Technical Support Specialist will provide exceptional support to our users by researching and implementing solutions from user guides, technical manuals, and other documents.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
  • In addition, our Technical Support Specialist will collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • The role also involves participating in the redesign of applications and other software, driving innovation and improvement within our organization.
  • Our ideal candidate will have experience supervising other technical support workers, setting up equipment for employee use, and managing incidents efficiently.
  • This is a permanent position, offering stability and growth opportunities for the right individual.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A college or CEGEP education is required, demonstrating a strong foundation in technical fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success in technical support roles.
