Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant - Operations Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This includes coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as managing the flow of information within the team. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audiovisual equipment;
  • Manage daily operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence;
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentations;
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members;
  • Maintain accurate records and databases;
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve goals and objectives;
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent;
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operations role;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and hospitality industry practices;
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays;
