Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Super Ming Trading Inc. As a key member of our staff, you will provide administrative support to our management team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as required.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
