Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team at Canada Inc.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent, full-time position with 30 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and possess excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless information flow within the organization.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects related to office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Budgeting: Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Training: Train staff on new policies, procedures, and software applications.
- Supervision: Supervise 1-2 employees and provide guidance and support as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will need to be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
