About the Role

CWB Financial Group is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Experience: Deliver outstanding client experiences at every interaction, providing full-service solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Sales Activation & Business Growth: Develop and implement independent marketing plans to achieve sales and growth targets, undertaking sales activities to achieve annual loan, deposit, and cash management sales, revenue, volume, and new customer objectives.
  • Credit Risk Management: Work with the commercial credit team to apply risk assessment skills, ensuring appropriate measures are put in place and risk assessment protocols and structures are implemented, balancing risk and reward within CWB's risk appetite.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in commerce, finance, or accounting fields.
  • Five years of experience in commercial lending or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies and actions with critical partners.
  • Subject matter expertise in the continuous improvement of sales processes and programs.
  • A solid base in business modeling and computer expertise.
