Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Negotiate with SuppliersNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible rates and terms for hotel materials and supplies.
Front Desk DutiesPerform front desk duties, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Budgeting and Financial ManagementPrepare and manage hotel budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
Maintenance and FacilitiesArrange for and oversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet company standards.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hotel operations and customer service.
LanguageFluency in English is required.
Work Hours32 to 35 hours per week.
