We are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Heera Trading Company Ltd. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and messages, and ordering office supplies.

Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maintain efficiency.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through electronic enquiries.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
Requirements
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and able to maintain accurate records.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
